Job Description: A store manager is responsible for managing the resources of the company on the store level in a manner which minimizes expenses, maximizes sales and leads and develops our team members.  Some of the duties a manager is responsible for include: scheduling and payroll; store level paper work; deliveries, orders and stock; audits; reviews; repairs; and hiring, firing and HR compliance.  We expect our managers to adhere to our "Standards of Performance" as an example to our team members and maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a cooperative and respectful manner with customers, co-workers and other management personnel.  Physical requirements include standing in our stores for up to eight hours, occasionally lifting up to fifty pounds, bending and climbing on a ladder up to eight feet.
